ROC ~ 2007 Taipei Stampex Meter Cover


Republic of China (Taiwan) 2007 Taipei Stampex black bear meter cover, posted on December 29, 2007 from Taipei Postal Museum temporary post office.
The commemorative meter label was error print on gum side, and date error print as 39.12.07.
